Need to improve customer service when in store. Either understaffed or just SLOW workers. Much better service in drive thru
Well today is officially the last time I will patronize the Hales Corners Dunkin Donuts. Always go through the drive thru before my kid goes to school and I always get the wrong donut. Stopped going for about 5 months because it was so irritating. This morning we're running late so we stop to get donuts and you guessed it wrong donut. Then when I run inside the manager hands me the new donut. Not even a sorry. I say sorry sarcastically and as I'm walking out she says "Have a great day hun". Unbelievable! Never again! Tacky as hell
No drink options for kids. Was told there was no juice and out of both chocolate and white milk! Looked like only one employee to be found. I expect customers like me will vote with their dollars and not use this location (I think I'm actually late figuring this out as it was around noon and we were the only ones there). The second star rating is purely because I love the chain and other locations are run well.
Went to the drive through. They took forever and i got the wrong order. Didn't get my hash browns. My coffee was supposed to be medium and it was half way empty. It was ridiculous
The girl taking my order this morning was very rude. I asked for a small mocha coffee, and she really stepped in on my order going through the kind of coffees, iced, hot, ect, down the list. I said hot then she started down the list what kind cappuccino, frappe, then argued I never said coffee. I feel sick today already I don't need to argue over a small cup of coffee at a drive through. Then I ordered a big n toasted, and it was burnt. Not a good start to my day at all.
