This place is amazing for kids! Amazing! The gals and Dr Frady go way above and beyond. They sing to make the kids feel comfortable, show them all the tools, let them explore a bit! I just love the look and feel of the office! Great job to all!!!
We came back a month later for her actual fillings. She had to have 4, 2 on each side. Dr. Frady and her hygienist did a wonderful job with my daughter. She had mild sedation, along with the gas. The sedation didn't quite kick in, but with how Dr. Frady & her hygienist talked to my daughter and preoccupied her, along w/ the gas and the ipad, they were able to get all 4 done and with no problems! After her work was done, she not only got a token but was able to pick a prize from a container of little toys. I think her knowing all the goodies that awaited for her to choose from helped motivate her to do well ;)
I found this dentist based on doing a search and reading reviews. Our family dentist could not get my 5 yr old to cooperate for him to do some fillings, so he said a pediatric dentist may work better. My daughter did not like the sound of the drill...So I found this dentist and they did a great job! My daughter had a consultation with Dr. Frady for the first visit. The place is set up wonderfully for children. Visually appealing for kids with activities in the room (toys, blocks, stuffed animals, etc) for them to play with and ease any nerves. They also have ipads for the kids to watch while they are doing work. Chairs in the rooms for parents to sit in, as well. They have toys in gumball machines that kids can get when the apt is done with a token that the staff gives.
The staff here is Amazing. My oldest smacked his two top teeth and they had to be extracted. They took such good care of him and still do! I recommend them to all my friends with little kids and now continue to take the rest of my children here. It is extremely kid friendly! I'm so glad I found them!
I will definitely use this office again if my children need any work that the family dentist can't do. I wish they were closer so they could be the normal dentist for them.
The experience is impressive on all levels for catering to pediatric / children's needs. The lobby is friendly, fun and entertaining. The appointment / procedural space is fun and entertaining, as well. The technology is the latest and greatest. Staff is super friendly and understands the child's and parent's perspective. Preventative maintenance is discussed thoroughly. Early morning hours make this place great for scheduling before school/work starts. Family-friendly and experienced staff. The built-out space shows that every bit of detail was creatively designed.
